BIOGRAPHY
Alex is an underwriter for Blue Vikings Capital LLC. Alex grew up in a household where real estate dominated the dinner table discussion. When he was only 18 years old, he was selected as one of 16 elite teenagers to participate in the nationwide Teen Millionaire Challenge. He had some of the best mentors in the industry teaching him all the ins and outs of the real estate business. Alex has therefore become a top underwriter that prides himself on being conservative, yet realistic, in his future revenue projections and cost estimates.
