Brad Bruce is the Director of Business Development at Blue Vikings Capital focusing on building long-term relationships with investors and strategic partners while helping ensure a responsive, professional, and high-touch investor experience. Known for his relationship-first leadership style, Brad specializes in communication, organizational growth, and creating scalable systems built on trust and long-term value.
Brad brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience building companies, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting investor relationships across international markets. His background spans real estate, private equity, venture capital, and large-scale business development, including serving as Executive Vice President for a multinational company.
Throughout his career, Brad has lead teams responsible for more than $250 million in investor capital and supporting over $1 billion in assets across multiple industries. He was also a founding partner of an institutional real estate fund operating in both Canada and the United States.
